- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
3. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that is:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or provide a refund at no extra cost.

6. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for:
- incorrect sizes
- defective items
- different color (if available)
Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
